It’s important to address emotional trauma from work accidents

Workplace accidents are not only physically damaging but can also leave deep emotional scars. The importance of addressing the emotional trauma caused by a work accident is often underestimated. Recognizing and dealing with this aspect of recovery is essential for the overall well-being of an affected worker. 

It is not a phenomenon that is often discussed, but the psychological impact of a workplace accident can significantly influence physical recovery.
